SHIPPING

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for despatch. We cannot despatch orders on weekends or public holidays.

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Australian domestic shipping is free.

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia post express with next day delivery.

Upon confirmed despatch of your order you will be receive an email with the tracking information for your parcel.

Please allow 1-4 working days for delivery from the time of despatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders over $500 AUD are shipped free of charge. For all International orders lower than $500 AUD shipping is charged at a flat rate of $35 AUD.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express Courier and require a signature upon delivery.

Upon confirmed despatch of your order you will be receive an email with the tracking information for your parcel.

Most courier deliveries will be made Monday-Friday during work hours 9-5. If you may not be home during this time we recommend that you have your order delivered to an alternate address.

International delivery requires a signature upon receipt of package. If nobody is available to sign for a package at the time of delivery a card will be left by the courier at the address and the parcel will be returned to the depot. This card will provide contact information and options for you to arrange alternative delivery with the courier service.

All international orders are deliver duty unpaid (DDU). Any additional taxes or duties incurred on the shipment upon arrival into a given country is the responsibility of the buyer. 

TRACKING

All orders come with full tracking. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped you will be provided with a confirmation of despatch which will include the carrier details and tracking number.

TAXES AND DUTIES

For all international orders (outside of Australia) we deliver duty unpaid (DDU). Any additional taxes or duties incurred on the shipment upon arrival into a given country is the sole responsibility of the buyer. 

In compliance with Australian Export regulations all orders are despatched with the full commercial value of the goods declared and the freight listed as merchandise.

If you require further assistance with duties and taxes incurred on your order please contact the local customs office in your country of residence.

GST (Australian Goods and Service Tax) does not apply to international orders.

All Australian domestic orders include GST and are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid basis. Any taxes are included in the final price. Your order will not be subject to any additional charges.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Any delivery or despatch times provided by Fruit Vintage are intended as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays.

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
